Almost 300 young people live and study in Ramat Hadassah from 7th to 12th grade.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The students come from different backgrounds and from all over Israel: some are from the Ethiopian community, others are Russian-speaking immigrants or children of immigrants. Young people born in Israel from broken families also live in the village.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The young people come to Ramat Hadassah for various reasons. Many have integration difficulties, learning problems and a difficult living environment in which they struggle to survive on a daily basis. There is often no room for a healthy family environment, which makes young people vulnerable to a life on the streets.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Their experiences lead to educational deficits and emotional and social difficulties, resulting in low self-esteem. Many of the students come to Ramat Hadassah after going through several school institutions that did not meet their needs. Ramat Hadassah is their <strong>last hope<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The experienced and committed staff offer the young people a stable, warm home. Therapists accompany the children&#8217;s development and offer continuous professional support.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">A DILAPIDATED THERAPY CENTER<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d7236cd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d7236cd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Therapeutic Center is a single-storey building with an area of around 150 m\u00b2. This building, which is over 35 years old, houses the therapy rooms and staff. A comprehensive renovation and modernization is planned.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The aim is to transform the center into a place that meets today&#8217;s safety and comfort standards and creates an environment that preserves the privacy and dignity of the students who come here for treatment.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Current defects:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Furniture and equipment are very old, worn and run-down.<\/li>\n<li>The floor is old and partially damaged.<\/li>\n<li>The exterior fa\u00e7ade of the building is faded and worn.<\/li>\n<li>The entrance area is not very inviting.<\/li>\n<li>The surroundings and the grounds around the building require upgrading and extensive maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>The kitchenette and toilets do not meet modern standards and need to be replaced.<\/li>\n<li>The building&#8217;s windows and doors need to be replaced.<\/li>\n<li>The roof of the building needs extensive repairs.<\/li>\n<li>The room layout and furnishings are unsuitable for modern therapy programs for children.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In its current state and layout, the building is neither suitable nor inviting and does not provide the necessary warmth and security that are crucial for a therapeutic center for children.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section THERAPEUTIC CENTER IN RAMAT HADASSAH\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1bfdaf2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" extensively modernize and refurbish the therapeutic center to provide students and staff with a safe, appropriate, friendly and professional environment for psychosocial therapies.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The renovation includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Replacing the floor<\/li>\n<li>Renovation of the toilets and kitchenette<\/li>\n<li>Repair and sealing of the roof<\/li>\n<li>Replacement of doors and windows<\/li>\n<li>Furnishing of new therapy rooms<\/li>\n<li>Renewal of the furniture<\/li>\n<li>Modernization of electrical and communication systems<\/li>\n<li>New air conditioning systems<\/li>\n<li>Renovation of the outdoor area and improvement of the surroundings<\/li>\n<li>Designing an inviting entrance area<\/li>\n<li>Interior and exterior painting work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Construction work is scheduled to start at the beginning of 2026<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
