There are approximately 475\u2019000 disadvantaged youths, nearly 50 percent of which come from immigrated families. They often have come in contact with abuse, alcohol, drugs and violence at a young age, which makes them suffer psychologically, socially and academically. In the four Youth Villages, they are able to get help from psychologists, teachers and social workers. This allows them to be able to concentrate on their studies once again.
